Include with your application:

• previous/current passport,
• two compliant passport photos,
• completed application form,
• payment - see current fees and the credit card authorization form.

• Did you check your photos for size and quality?
• Did you write your name on the back of one photo?
• Did you provide your previous passport?
• Did you sign within the white box?
• Are you lodging with your closest Passports Office?
• Are you lodging with your nearest Australian embassy or consulate-general?
